A don't forget list!

• Money, credit cards, travellers cheques, local currency (check the current exchange rate)
• Passport, visa, tickets and any hotel vouchers
• Make a copy of your credit card(s) and passport (it is easier to get new ones if you have copies of what you have lost)
• Travel insurance
• Label the luggage with your name and home- and destination address
• Make a list of your luggage contents as you will need this information for the insurance company in case you should lose your luggage
• Necessary vaccinations and medicines, high protection sunscreen (where necessary)
• Check to see if the departure has been delayed or brought forward
• Check if there is an Internet café at the destination
• International driving licence (if you want to hire a car)
• Water your flowers, ask somebody to take care of the post, disconnect the plugs from the TV and computer
• Check the weather at the destination
• Ensure that all bills are paid

Write down your route and hotel telephone number and when you will be arriving back in Sweden.
